The Financial Manager will be responsible for the full financial function, and analysing and presenting financial data to the Senior Financial Management and the Board

A young CA (SA) with some operational experience would be ideal.

Qualifications:
• C.A. (S.A.) is essential
• 3-5 years minimum experience in similar role

Full ownership of the General Ledger and Trial Balances & related accounting entries.
Balance sheet recons
Monthly management accounts
Annual budgets
Dealing with audits and Annual Financial statements
Cash flow planning up to 24 months
Tax Planning and tax returns.
VAT returns
Engagement with SARS
BEE strategies and annual verification
Report to FD, responsible for 5 direct reports with large circle of influence
Contract debtors and creditors as per IFRS requirements
24C tax principles
Reviewing of AFS
