Position: Financial Manager

• MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
• Accounting degree and 5+ years’ experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
• Financial Management of 4 entities
• Reports directly to Head Office
• Managing 10 employees (which includes Accountant, Debtors, Creditors ad HR department)
• Experience from private sector

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly Management Accounts and Financial reporting of multiple legal entities, including Flash and Actual performance vs budget, prior month and prior year and presentation thereof.
• Review and approval of Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Financial Analysis of business, projects and margins to approve company profitability
• Debtors Management
• Responsible for all statutory obligations
• Responsible for EE, WSP and BEE reporting
• Process advanced accounting transactions
• Approval of Purchase Orders & Capex as per Authorization Matrix limits
• Approval of all Creditors reconciliations and Payments
• Approval of all payrolls and related party expenses
• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
• Preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
• Co-ordinate year end audits
• Manage finance team, identify training needs and succession planning
• Conduct internal audits
• Ensure adherence to company and group policies
• Income tax
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Completed Financial Degree
