RS Recruitment Services is assisting a large organisation in the PRINTING MANUFACTURING industry to recruit a FINANCIAL MANAGER to be based at their offices in MOBENI – Between R600K to R750K ctc, including medical aid and provident fund benefits
ESTABLISHED IN THE EARLY 1980s, OUR CLIENT IS ONE OF SOUTH AFRICA’S LARGEST MANUFACTURERS OF BOARD PACKAGING AND PRINTING.
The ideal candidate should have/be the following:
BCom Accounting or similar.
Approximately 8 years’ experience, or more, in the capacity of Financial Manager in a manufacturing environment, essential.
Highly numerate and able to analyse statistical information and interpret financial data.
Advanced Excel skills.
Able to use financial software systems, preferably ABACA or similar.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Manage a team of 6 people.
Produce and distribute monthly financial reports.
Produce detailed quarterly cash flow forecasts.
Produce financial reports detailing actual expenditure against forecast to agreed timescales.
Manage the payroll system and Provident Fund Scheme.
Lead on tax planning, including VAT related matters.
Maintain current standing with all mandated local tax and benefits registrations and requirements, including submissions of payments and reports to SARS.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to financial control, financial management and accounting.
Manage the audit process.
Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are produced on an accurate and timely basis to include bank reconciliations, debtors, creditors and inter-company account.
Remuneration:
Between R600K – R750K CTC (Basic; provident fund and medical aid)
