We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Financial Operations Manager to join this elite hospitality group. This is more than a numbers role – it’s an opportunity to become a key strategic partner to the CEO.
You will play a important part in the business, including being involved in overseeing other things, like HR.
The ideal candidate will be happy to works hands-on in the role, instead of managing everything, continuing to build a company that has a great team collaboration.
Requirements
• Professional Finance Qualification
• Proven experience in hospitality / restaurant groups
• Xero Accounting experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide the finance team and other staff
• Hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsibility for the Financial / Operational and HR performance of multiple outlets.

• Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities, including Industrial Relations:
• Keep abreast of changes in company policies and procedures and ensure that subordinates are totally conversant with and implement them
• Implementation and revision of systems and procedures
• Training subordinates in their respective positions to ensure that systems and procedures are utilised to maximum potential to ensure a smooth and profitable operation
• Providing the CEO with timely updates on all company activities and developments
