Our client is looking to employ an experienced candidate who is responsible for working together with other financial managers, and broader finance and operations teams to produce all group reporting (internal & external)

RESPONSIBILITIES

MONTHLY

Maintain the Portfolio Management Pack
Review the consolidation of all foreign investments and subsidiaries
Preparation of the Group cashflow statement and monthly variance analysis
Assist with the preparation of the monthly reporting to MANCO and EXCO

ANNUAL, BI-ANNUAL AND QUARTERLY REPORTING

Drive process and preparation of the Group consolidated and separate financial statements in terms of IFRS, JSE Listings Requirements and the Companies Act

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

CA(SA) with at least 3 years post-experience
Strong technical accounting/ IFRS skills and a robust understanding of SA REITs (real estate investment trusts – company that owns, operates or finance income-producing real estate). and JSE Listings Requirements
Consolidation workings experience
