Large Voice Services Provider which supplies end-to-end telecommunications solutions, including VoIP, Cloud PBX, Cloud Computing and Networking solutions to businesses, requires :
First Line Jnr Support Engineer: Answering support calls and assisting customers Creating tickets on behalf of customers Assigning support tickets to the appropriate engineers Actioning faults with our Vendors Diagnose and resolve technical issues Follow standard help desk procedures Log all help desk interactions Redirect problems to correct resource Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions Inform management of recurring problems Stay current with system information, changes and updates Knowledge of relevant infrastructure. Knowledge and experience of customer service practices Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support CCNA Oral and written communication skills Customer service orientation Problem analysis Problem-solving Adaptability Team interaction Planning and organizing Attention to detail Passionate about technology Hunger to learn Self Starter
MUST HAVE OWN CAR AND AT LEAST 3 YEARS CORPORATE EXPERIENCE, VERY WELL SPOKEN.
