Fitness Coaches | Kuwait | Boutique Pilates Studio

We are looking for experienced FITNESS COACHES to join the team of a busy fitness center located in Kuwait City.

YOU NEED TO SPECIALIZE IN AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: PILATES, YOGA, DANCE, BARRE.
Experience and Qualifications needed:
At least 2 years of experience as Fitness Coach
Internationally recognized Fitness Qualification
Valid First Aid Certification will be an advantage
Main duties of Fitness Coaches:
conducting effective group fitness classes, educating patrons on basic fitness knowledge, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable workout environment for class participants
Prepare appropriate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down techniques for the specific class format being taught
Effectively explain and demonstrate proper exercise techniques, as well as modifications for different level participants
Teach according to class goals
Present a neat, well-groomed, professional
Execute emergency procedures when necessary
Report any incident of injury, theft, or broken equipment to the Facility Manager on duty
Attend scheduled staff meetings and trainings
Start: As soon as visa is granted
Salary package:
Basic salary based on qualifications and experience KWD 300 – 350 (ZAR 15000 - 17000)
MINIMUM AVERAGE SALARY WITH COMMISSIONS UP TO KWD 1500 (ZAR 73000)
Accommodation can be provided OR accommodation allowance
Min 12 months commitment
Annual paid leave
Visa and flight to Kuwait
Government medical insurance
