We are looking for a qualified Fitter and Turner.

Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in the same or similar role with in the construction and yellow plant industry
Must be a trade tested Fitter and Turner or equivalent
Matric Qualification is essential
Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Skills Required:
Ability to operate a lathe and milling machine with a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience.
Ability to read drawings and order materials/parts.
Knowledge of hydraulics will be an advantage.
Ability to work long hours if required, and work out of town temporarily if required.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Have Clear criminal record (Criminal Check will be conducted).
Must be Medically fit (Medical examination will be conducted).

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 7:00 – 17:00 and Saturday’s 7:00 and 14:00.

However, work outside of these days and hours will be mandatory should there be an operational need.

Salary R16 000 – R20 000 per month (Contract Position)
