THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ARE ESSENTIAL:

• Fitter Trade Certificate or Equivalent
• Shaft Winder experience would be an added advantage

ALTHOUGH NOT LIMITED TO, THE INCUMBENT’S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Ensure that production targets for sections are attained at the required level.
• Ensure that good standard of Safety awareness is maintained.
• Ensure that section personnel comply with the required Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards maintained.
• Maintenance on all machinery in the Plant.
• Daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
• Must also be able to work overtime when required
