We are looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to assist us for a 3 month contract for maternity cover at our flagship store in Kloof Street, Cape Town.
While working mostly in our body care department, the successful incumbent should be someone who has the drive/motivation for Sales, is highly personable - with a customer-focused approach and will personify the Wellness Warehouse Brand at all times. You must have a genuine interest in leading a healthy lifestyle as well as have a keen interest in natural beauty.
Main Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Greeting and assisting customers timeously as their first point of call
• Determining customer needs and requirements and advising on products, price, product use, etc
• Stacking and displaying products
• Assisting with the management of stock, product inventories, stock takes and counts, cleaning shelves, etc
• Receiving and merchandising stock
• Administering Inter Branch Transfer requests
• Various other duties as and when reasonably required

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• 1-2 years’ experience in a retail store, preferably in the Health industry or in a beauty department
• Knowledge of natural cosmetics and beauty beneficial
• Sales experience
