One of the leading Car Rental companies is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to fill this fast-moving, highly pressurized and challenging role. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless distribution of vehicles for car rental, in the most efficient and budget-friendly way. This will include Quality control, extensive communications with workshop, panel shop and parts, keeping maximum vehicles in service, managing staff, route planning, accident/repair claims and all administrative duties. You will need to be able to multitask at a high level and your knowledge and understanding of the vehicle rental industry are ESSENTIAL.

Job Requirements
Must have at least 3 years of RECENT Fleet/Depot Management experience in the Car Rental industry
Good understanding of Service, Parts and Panel Shop operations
Good understating of claims in car rental
Excellent vehicle distribution and staff management skills
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
