Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities to grow the market
Grow the basket with current customers by introducing new products
Contribute positively toward the achievement of sales, targets set out for the team
Be an ambassador of the company to customers
Participate in projects designed to generate revenue for the business

Requirements:
Matric/Tertiary Qualification
At least 3 years of Chef experience within a Hospitality environment and ideally within a similar industry (FMCG)
Valid driver's license
Must have own trustworthy vehicle
Strong communication skills/High energy level
Must be persuasive (Sales experience)
Computer skills: Excel - Advanced
Must understand the private and label strategy
Must be able to perform demo’s and cook-offs
Must be able to add value to the chef and his menu
