• 10 years experience in Business/Sales Management (A - Z) in FMCG industry

• Tobacco industry experience - major advantage •

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for overseeing the profit making section of the company, develop the teams and give guidance as per company strategy

• Must be hands on in managing and developing staff, teams AND bring in business with large retail outlets

• Set targets for the team/s and ensure staff meet targets

• Must be highly skilled in business/sales plans/strategies - business and sales - ultimate goal is to identify opportunities, target market and understand competitive intelligence and provide business sales plan/strategy in line with the company directive

• Create a line of sales, distributors and increase market share
