FRONT OF HOUSE / RESTAURANT MANAGER (Country Club, Helderberg Area)

Pick Me Recruitment is looking for an FOH / Restaurant Manager for a Country Club based in the Helderberg area. The role is to assist with the day-to-day front of house Restaurant & Bar operations and to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth running of the daily restaurant operations and activities
• Being actively on the floor during service to ensure excellent guest interaction and service excellence
• Continues staff training and staff performance management
• Inventory management and supplier liaison
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• General administrative duties: staff rosters, time and attendance, managing bookings and enquiries

Requirements:
• National Senior Certificate
• Fully Vaccinated
• Fully Bilingual
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar environment and role
• Training and staff performance management ability
• Confident and excellent communication skills
• Excellent wine knowledge
• Hands-on approach to operations
• Guest and service centric approach
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills
• Flexibility, adaptability
• Passion for the hospitality industry

Remuneration: R15 000 Gross
Start Date: ASAP
