We are on the hunt for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a strong operational background to lead and manage the Food and Beverage teams. This Boutique Property, situated in Somerset West, offers Luxurious Accommodation, World class Spa Facilities and Two Eateries that promise culinary excellence
Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements
This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well-spoken, energetic candidate
• Own Vehicle and Valid Drivers’ License
• Relevant Tertiary Education and proven track record
• Sound knowledge of inventory control, food and beverage costing, managing GP's, F&B budget management
• Strong communication skills
• 3+ Years’ managerial experience in a management position
• Service and Guest Centric
• Strong administration skills and computer literate
• Professional and sophisticated
• A 3rd language will be advantageous

Remuneration
R12 000 - R14 000 per month
