FOOD, BEVERAGE & COMPLIANCE MANAGER – Rosebank (Gauteng)

Pick Me Recruitment is looking for a Food, Beverage & Compliance Manager at a modern, all-day eatery and wine bar which is nestled in the heart of Rosebank’s foodie district. We are looking for an individual with a strong financial and business acumen and experience in growing the sales and profit performance of a high-end hospitality business.
Minimum Requirements
• A hospitality qualification will be highly advantageous
• Grade 12
• Minimum of 3 years‘ previous Food, Beverage and Compliance experience in a high-end hospitality environment
• Strong Financial and Business acumen
• Experience in growing overall sales and profit performance
• Build & Implement systems using Tech & IT
• Experience in managing recipe consolidation and food costing
• Experience in improving operational efficiencies & compliance
• Experience in Compliance management including Labour, Health & Safety and Legal
• Experience in Asset Management
• Excellent training and development ability

• Food and Beverage: GOAL - build a profitable, efficient, sustainable and compliant hospitality business by consistently achieving a desired Food Cost
• Asset Management: GOAL - Implement and maintain a world-class hospitality infrastructure utilising the least down time and most frugal & sustainable use of all assets
• Compliance: GOAL- exceed all labour, safety and legal requirements to match the best of any world class hospitality establishment
Remuneration: R25 000 – R35 000 Gross
Hours of work: Monday – Friday (7am – 5pm)
Weekends & after hours as per the operational requirements
