The Food & Beverage Manager manages all F&B operations and is responsible for delivering excellent guest experience. The candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage their department ensuring that our guests receive impeccable offering and service at all times as well as managing the waitstaff to ensure the highest possible standards of service.  Requirements and Qualifications

Proven Food & Beverage Management experience in a 4/5 star hotel (70 rooms or higher)
Diploma or similar in Food Service Management or related field
In-depth knowledge of the food industry and up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
Strong leadership skills from organizational, delegation, problem-solving to communication skills.
Have the ability to develop and be innovative in the F&B department
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills (MS Office, MICROS F & B system or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Patient and with good training skill
Valid unendorsed driver’s licence (own vehicle will be an advantage)
