Food & Beverage Manager required for very busy Restaurant in Sandton. Candidates with 8+ years F&B /Stock management experience will be considered. Person will be responsible for all bar and kitchen stock control and administration. Must be able to calculate and manage food and bar cost. Will also be responsible for all stock ordering. The suitable candidate will be able to set up and manage stock on a point of sale system. Ideal for a candidate with good analytical skills. Will do reporting to the owners on a daily basis. Position is mainly day shifts with Sundays off. Excellent opportunity with leading Restaurant. Salary R 18 - 20 K nett.
