Requirements

Hospitality Management qualification required
Minimum 4 years F/B Management experience in luxury 4* Hotels required.
Strong Managerial skills in 4* Boutique Hotels required.
Highly experienced in Food & Beverage - Conference and Banqueting Hotel departments.
 Strong Hotel Food & Beverage / Banqueting & Conference Management experience in 4/5* operations required
Must have minimum 4 years experience in a Food & Beverage  position in  exclusive 4* Boutique Hotels
Excellent computer skills
Good stock control
Drivers licence / own transport
Candidate to have excellent Guest Relations skills
To have excellent Staff Relation skills
