Production Bakery & Restaurant is looking for a food production manager to run their operation in Sandton. The unit consists of a Restaurant and production bakery. Duties will include monitoring food safety and food quality during the production process, coordinating drivers and deliveries and ensuring continuous improvement and development of current and new products. Looking for someone with an eye for detail and strong staff management and training skills. Must be experienced in stock control and food costing. The ideal candidate must be goal driven, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Will also be responsible for running the Restaurant operation, front and back of house, so good customer relations required. Salary R 25 – 30 K.
