Position: Food, Safety & Compliance Officer
Location: Port Elizabeth
Remuneration: Depending on Experience and Qualifications
Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

• Matric
• Knowledge of the OHS act
• 3 Years work experience in related field
• National Diploma (Environmental Health / Food Technology / Food Science)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
• Auditing practices (internal / supplier)
• Knowledge of the food safety standard such as HACCP / ISO22000
• High attention to detail
• Team player
• Ability to take instruction
• Must be organised and methodical
