The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Food Science / Public Health discipline is essential
Min 5 years’ experience gained within the Food Industry
Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and Practices in use e.g. BRC, ISO22000, FSSC22000, etc.
HACCP and PRP training is essential
