Westvaal is a dynamic Motor Dealership Group with dealers in the North West, Gauteng, Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and the Western Cape and requires a suitable candidate for the position of a Franchise Executive based in Menlyn, Gauteng. The successful candidate will direct, coordinate and administer all aspects of the organization’s operations for the Menlyn, Rustenburg, Brits, Polokwane, Mokopane and Somerset West Dealers

• Business performance Management
- Manage, operate, monitor and report on business performance
- Evaluate business performances to determine how the organizations can improve to achieve strategic goals more effectively
• Business Acumen
- Demonstrate sound business acumen with regards to polices, practices, trends, technology, competition, strategies and tactics in the
- Taking control of situations, events and recognizing performances and rewards
• Relationship Management
- Understanding and building Organizational Agility through formal and informal networks through maintaining the company culture as well as
building a strong morale
- Negotiate with customers, suppliers and other networkers on price, contracts and services
- Foster open dialogue to influence and direct all role-players behaviour to promote the best interest of the business
- Motivate, coach and develop others
• Information Management
- Written proposals or presentations aimed at changing practices and policies
- Drafting and presenting of factual reports
- Drawing up project’s briefs
- Clearly and timely convey and receive information on all platforms of the business through a variety of media with the aim of keeping people
informed in terms of what they need to know
- Empower individuals to make accurate decisions

• A bachelor’s degree(3years) NQF Level 7 or master’s Diploma NQF Level 8
• 8 years’ experience on a senior level in Generic, Finance and Accounting management
• Experience in the Motor Trade, Sales or Supportive services would be an added advantage
• Proven ability to deconstruct problems and systematically investigate all components to reach a solution
• Demonstrates insight into all aspects of the position and can direct others by influencing behavior through appropriate interpersonal skills
• Has the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Is seen as a direct, truthful and confident individual who acts in those values at all times
• Proven track record to develop and create new opportunities to grow Sales Volumes and Markets
• Has the ability to drive dealers to optimize OEM requirements
• Business Travelling required
