Franchise Manager

SALARY
R540 000 + RA + PB Bonus + Incentives

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be accountable for People | Processes | Operations and Finance of the business
• Manage and deliver successfully on the strategy of the business through operational excellence of your site
• Deliver on the contracted deliverables and service level agreement of your partners
• Drive revenue and manage margins
• Meet sales budgets
• Provide world class customer service is delivered through your people to your clients
• Adhere to operational compliance and quality standards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Matric,
• Valid SA ID
• Clear Credit Check
• Clear Criminal Record
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role in RETAIL- FOOD OR PETROLEUM
• Or Minimum of 5 years in a Franchise Management role in a Fast Food outlet
• Financial acumen/ Sound people practices / Understanding of OHS practices
• Entrepreneurship spirit with drive to work hard and receive the ROI that you deserve
• Must be supportive and be agile in your approach
