French Call Centre Agent
Hyde Park

Our facilities management client seeks to appoint a Call Centre Agent to their international
operation. The successful incumbent must be able to converse fluently in French as well as
have good writing skills. Previous experience in a Call Centre environment will be advantageous
but not essential.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent Certificate
• Fluency in French is an absolute requirement
• Previous experience in a call centre environment or an administrative environment will be advantageous.
• Must reside close to Hyde Park
• Must have their own transport
• Must be able to work shifts / do standby / and work over weekends (schedule)
• Must know that this position works normal hours on public holidays as this is a 24/7/365 call centre and do not close on Public holidays. The shifts are standard and very reasonable hours.
• Must be able to speak very well in English / French
• Must be computer literate
• Must have basic Excel / Outlook skills

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be able to do standby shifts
• Own transport
• No criminal record
• Must have a VALID work permit

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume responsibility for providing effective client services.
• Responsible for all correspondence and communication both telephonically and email
• Manage and resolve client/supplier complaints, queries and call out requests
• Provide client/supplier with service information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures on our inhouse system.
• Ensure deadlines are met according to the process and procedures as well as the Service Level Agreements.
• Do follow-ups on all open work orders with Contractors.
