Your key job responsibilities as the French speaking Customer Support Agent in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

- Welcoming all new customers
- Assist with any technical queries or concerns raised by customers through any of their communication channels and raise these concerns with the various teams within the business
- Assist with failed deposits or withdrawals
- Ensure compliance with regulations as set out by the various regulatory bodies
- Promote responsible gambling
- Promote new products when they are launched
- User Feedback – Ensuring, from the eyes of our consumer, each contact point is intuitive, simple, accurate and effective. If not, this needs to be addressed with the relevant teams internally and corrected
