A company in Cape Town is looking for a talented and passionate Front-End Developer to join their team. This experienced individual need to have an excellent track record of building strong technical solutions. This developer will be working with UI/UX designer and will be expected to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Proficient understanding and experience of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3
• 5 Years’ Experience
• Diploma/Degree
• understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN
• Good understanding of SEO principles
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
