Your key job responsibilities as the Front End Web Developer in Cape Town will include:

- Development of websites with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Assist with the development of HTML5 applications for digital activations
- Suggest and implement the latest tools and frameworks in order to keep up with the rapid evolution of digital toolsets
- Maintaining and refactoring codebases according to client requests

Requirements for this Front End Web Developer job in Cape Town:

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of jQuery
- Knowledge of WordPress template hierarchies and building themes from scratch
- Comfortable with Git repository management
- Knowledge of implementation and consumption of RESTful services
- Clear understanding and ability to read the documentation of third-party APIs (Facebook, Twitter, Google etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of PHP / MySQL is a bonus
