Location: Observatory, Cape Town
Salary: R300k per annum negotiable

About the Role:
Opportunity available for a candidate with fruit procurement experience

Requirements:
Fruit Procurement – predominantly apples
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Horticulture advantageous but not essential

Duties:
Communicating with farmers / coop to purchase fruit (apples mainly)
Liaise with sales team to understand current and upcoming requirements
Organize packing programs
Quality Control
Coordinate with export team and trucking company for the fruit to be loaded out
