RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced FUNDRAISER / SYSTEM CO-ORDINATOR for a non-profit organization. Position based in the Pietermaritzburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
English / Zulu speaking person (read, write, speak).
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Previous experience in a similar position is ESSENTIAL.
Very strong administrative / secretarial skills.
Person will be required to develop new funding and existing fund relationships.
Handling of customer relationship management (CRM).
Would only suit someone who is passionate about fundraising and connecting people to the purpose and mission of the company.
Person must be confident and outgoing with very strong marketing / sales skills.
Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Strong problem solving skills.
Person must come from a Christian background.

Salary package offered: - Basic salary + commission + benefits
