Unique Breeding Plan- to preserve selected breeds of very rare African Antelope & other Herbivores.

Manage breeding and rearing of high quality Rare Game.

To participate in game captures to fulfil orders placed by buyers and ensure the safety and well- being of the animals during capturing.

To be responsible for ensuring that the correct grazing is available and can support the amount of Game on the farm.

To have a deep understanding of breeding methods to ensure the best quality of Game are produced.

Requirements :

plans breeding schedules
determines feed requirements
monitors animal health
ensures required bloodlines are maintained
ensures availability/stock of game for resale
takes orders
co-ordinates deliveries
advertises
attends game auctions
participates in game capture

Computer literate & admin skills.

Extremely honest and trustworthy, hard-working, adaptable to new environments.

Valid driver’s license and RSA citizenship or valid work permit.

To be responsible for maintaining and running the farm infrastructure, equipment and care of Game - Wildlife on the Game Farm.
The Breeding Manager needs to be energetic and have the knowledge and ability to maintain the improved infrastructure that includes all buildings, vehicles and implements,

fences, roads, tools, pumps, irrigation, dams, radio and camera networks and security systems.
Crucial roles in the position are financial and staff management.
Experience with diverse farming operations
Physically fit and healthy
Honest, trustworthy, resilient, adaptable

Salary R 25 000 - R 30 000 Including single accommodation and company benefits.
