Lodge Manager :

Hospitality Management Qualification - 3 year Diploma / Degree.

The overall management of all aspects of the lodge and staff village, from the guest experience to the welfare and development of staff,

as well as contributing to the growth and development of the business in terms of innovation and continuous improvement.

Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel essential, and preferably Sage Pastel

Driver’s licence

We are seeking a candidate who has a natural ability to lead others, to inspire and coach and guide their staff into providing

an extraordinary and personable experience for guests.

Deliver an exceptional guest experience from welcome to departure, engaging with guests on a personal yet professional level

Ensure all aspects of the guests’ stay is efficiently, timeously and seamlessly organised and that their every need is met

Gallery Curator - Administrator :

A versatile individual with strong artistic and administrative skills to perform the dual role of styling and curating the lodge gift galleries

as well as running the coordination and administration aspect of general lodge operations.

Advanced level Microsoft Office, especially Excel

5* Game Lodge experience.

Previously experience hosting guests.

Driver’s licence.

The successful candidate must have attention to detail and a positive outlook while being responsible,

flexible, accurate, an excellent team player, creative, committed, hardworking and eager to learn.
