5 years experience in a lodge management role essential

Hospitality Management Qualification - 3 year Diploma / Degree.

The overall management of all aspects of the lodge and staff village, from the guest experience to the welfare and development of staff,

as well as contributing to the growth and development of the business in terms of innovation and continuous improvement.

Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel essential, and preferably Sage Pastel

Driver’s licence

Deliver an exceptional guest experience from welcome to departure, engaging with guests on a personal yet professional level

Ensure all aspects of the guests’ stay is efficiently, timeously and seamlessly organised and that their every need is met
