Office Admin and General Assistant
Hours: Mon-Fri, from 07:00 to 16:00. May be required to work on Saturdays and/or public holidays (will be paid overtime).
Based in Moreleta Park, Pretoria East.
Salary: R10,000 per month.
Office: Position is office based. Require a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Tertiary qualification is an advantage, alternatively showcase your experience in the workplace.

General Admin duties for the Group:
• General customer support.
? Answering incoming calls.
? Dealing with email and/or general support ticket enquiries.
• General office administration:
? Liaise with printers for printing services.
? Liaise with external suppliers and customers related to specific services.
? Liaise with courier for parcel collections.
? Other related administrative tasks.
? Calendar management.
• Required to be proficient in office software or Google Docs, such as Word / Excel / Email.

Coffee shop general duties:
• Work with team in planning social media marketing strategy.
• Stock and supplier management.
• Purchasing of supplies as required.
• Open and/or close coffee shop as required.
