What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Generator Servicing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Develop Go to Market / Sales Strategy

* Execute Sales Strategy to grow Revenue

* Improve Cost Efficiencies

* Improve Staff Utilisation Across Departments

* Financial P&L tracking and improvement

Key Job Deliverables:

* Grow Revenue by 25% per Annum (Large market potential)

* Reduce operating costs by 15% per annum

* Develop Financial Tracking and Control Processes

Background work experience:

* 3 years Growing Service Department

* 3 years Sales Management

* 3 years Services Management

* 3 years Financial Management (P&L)

* BCom or Technical National Diploma

* Grow a Services Department

* Growing services revenues through new customer acquisition and growing existing SLAs

* Running a sales team that proactively acquires new services customers

* Running the Services Department to ensure SLAs met

* Optimising costs of operations and growing the top line revenue

* Advantageous: Specific Experience in Rentals like Forklift Rentals or Generator Rentals

Personality Summary:

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R800K to R900K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
