Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management

To assume the responsibility for the daily operations of this 5* Game Lodge, ensuring fiscal discipline, five-star guest
experience and effective leadership of the management team.

At least 6 years’ experience in senior Lodge Management positions

MS Office Suite

At least 6 years’ experience in a General Management positions in a 5* Game Lodge.

Excellent track record of leading a Team is essential.

Proven track record of having made targets and managed medium size teams

Energetic, candidate with lots of potential, ambition and who is committed.

Maintain and ensure the good will of the Lodge brand at property level;
- To ensure the developed set of the Collection's standards are upheld and maintained;
- To ensure the management perform to the Collection's standard, having a tangible presence with guests and staff;
- To ensure the management structure of the Lodge is streamlined and effective and in line with hospitality trends;

Salary R 38 000 - R 50 000  including senior management accommodation and company benefits.
