Our company is looking for a dynamic Office Administrator. We are situated in the Skeerpoort Area.

Duties will include the following:

1. Receptionist duties which includes emails, answering of phone calls, organising of events and all related call outs for the company, filing and liason of all files.

2. Requesting of quotes on a daily basis as well as comparing of prices.

3. Orders of all montly requests put in by management and corresponding the orders with relevant invoices and quotes.

4. Invoicing of the sales on a daily basis and ensuring all sale orders go out to clients.

5. Printing and compiling of delivery notes and comparing them to sale orders from clients.

6. Monitoring and capturing of relevant data.

7. Ad hoc duties.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field.

2. MS Office which includes Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel advance knowledge.

3. Sage Pastel: relevant knowledge in compiling of invoices and delivery notes.

Working hours

7h00-17h00 Monday to Friday

7h00-9h00 Saturday

Salary is market related.
