Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Digital Support Specialist in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

- Communicating with customers through online chat for sales and support
- Internal and external emails, carrier escalations, investigating and resolving number port errors, written correspondence and inbound or outbound calls
- Provide service to customers courteously, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle customer service requests while ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
- Maintaining knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, technology and procedures
- Understanding and following company policies for products, services, billing, collections, warranty and sales procedures
- Comply with minimum performance standards including occupancy, attendance, touches per hour (chats, emails, tickets, or calls handled), customer satisfaction, and quality requirements for chats, emails, tickets, or calls

Requirements for this German speaking Digital Support Specialist job in Cape Town, South Africa:

- Fluent in German and English
- 1+ year’s exceptional customer service experience preferred
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in various customer contact situations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills as well an aptitude to learn new applications quickly
- Previous experience with customer support via online chat or email is strongly preferred
