Ensuring new/updated workflow processes are evaluated from a business perspective and that common business logic is considered in IT Software process design.
Ensures IT software Automated workflow processes are designed and effective integration with the Admin system is achieved.
Responsible for the design and implementation of major and minor workflow processes and components for clients’
Design, test and deliver workflow based, software solutions. Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis.
Provide onsite training and documentation in support of training at Clients sites.
Responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of IT Software workflow processes in the financial services Industries
