Develop and drive our sales and service activities and turnover.
Performs customer service duties and is responsible for the repair and service of customer’s equipment as well as pump and dosing systems. Carry out service and maintenance activities in the field and in our workshop. Assists and advises the workshop team regarding internal service tasks, assembly, testing, unpacking, packing, approval and dispatch of dosing systems, pumps, measurement and control devices as well as fittings and components.
Supports the sales team in customer service issues, e.g. technical customer support, biddings, quotations, customer sales and service calls etc.
