Job Overview

You will primarily be responsible for all artwork production and applying designs across a range of media for YOUKNOW (print, web and digital), so an eye for detail and the ability to work fast and faultlessly are both essential.

They will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager as well as Managing Director.

YOUKNOW’s offices are conveniently situated in Centurion, Gauteng, easily accessible by N1 or Gautrain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Updating imagery and maintaining the company’s website content.
Designing materials for print, including but not limited to: brochures, mailers, blog header and social media posts.
Creating the companies corporate stationery.
Updating product brochures and content following corporate branding guidelines.
Preparing company reports and documentation for promotional use – both digital and print formats.
Assisting with and creating company videos, webinars and presentations;
Creating dynamic and digital animated content for YOUKNOW.
Designing new brand collateral for YOUKNOW.
Designing and producing in-house marketing collateral.
Working with internal teams to generate presentation decks for pitching and proposals.
Providing quality control over your own work.

REQUIREMENTS:
Sound experience and use of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Skilled in designing new material that fits its target audience.
Self motivated, highly organised and able to work to demanding deadlines.
Experience of designing for both web and offline.
A positive and proactive attitude.
