Are you a talented Graphic Designer and Digital Communications Specialist looking to actively collaborate with an innovative team? We are looking for an experienced graphic designer with strong interactive skills to join our team.

Managing the Company brand internally and externally as well as taking ownership of all visual communication requirements in line with the Corporate Identity - this includes digital, website, social, print and other media. It is the Graphic Designers role to market the Company brand and to maintain the brand in a positive, modern light internally and externally. Branding approvals and consultation on the visual aspects of the Company brand also fall under this job role. Monitoring of data on Google Analytics and Social media should be done weekly / monthly and reported back with analysis and plans of improvement / optimization. Research on retail, fintech and design trends must be done regularly to keep up to date. Doing ongoing tutorials in the Adobe Creative suite is essential to keep up to date with the latest functionality.

1. Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Corporate Identity: ensuring all aspects of the corporate identity are adhered to, and the corporate identity is updated and communicated as needed
• Website: managing the imagery, functionality and content on the website
• SEO: ensuring the Company website is easily accessible on various search engines, and running smoothly
• Email comms: research and design for emails sent to staff / customers / partners / prospects for marketing / sales purposes
• UX: designing the look and feel of our Company apps and portals with branding guidelines, and generating assets for the developers to use
• LinkedIn: growing the LinkedIn follower base and managing the imagery and content
• Digital design: creating ppts, templates, email signatures, diagrams etc
• Print ware: design and consultation on creative work needed for print
• Basic writing and updating literature on social and digital media, as well as other collateral for marketing/sales purposes

• Creating new branded collateral for clients, including concept development
• Work with internal teams on new design concepts
• Working with other team members to deliver quality products within deadlines
• Overall brand communications strategy alignment and contribution

2. Academic & trades qualifications
• Grade 12
• 3 years and above marketing design experience, able to complete the design work independently, have prior experience of taking the design process for projects from start to launch

o MS Office Suite o Wordpress or similar CMS
o Google Analytics o Social Media Management

4. Qualifications and Experience:
o Graphic Designing qualification a must
o Digital Marketing certification will be advantageous

o Experience delivering end to end digital marketing campaign
o Experience in data analysis and insights creation
o Experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
o Experience in Motion graphics/video editing (optional)

o Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

This position will be supervised by the Business Development Manager and have a dotted line reporting into the CEO as well.
