As a Mid/Senior Graphic Designer we expect you to do the following:
· Design. Not just thinking, not just conceptual but an awesome all round designer.
· Extensive experience and capability working on a variety of projects and multiple creative requirements from packaging design.
· Working with the Strategist, Portfolio Managers and Creative team to unpack, identify and conceptualize ideas based on brief.
· Leading and taking ownership over a range of client portfolios from concept to final execution.
· Ability to conceptualize and rollout complete projects.
· Is confident, resourceful, decisive, and willing to take initiative and risks.
· Out-the-box thinking and willing to challenge convention.
· Constantly aware of packaging and brand trends
