MANAGER: GROUP COMPLIANCE (CHE003)

R 950k – R 1,2k per annum

PURPOSE OF JOB
Leading the Compliance function for the Group and being actively involved in putting in place processes to embed compliance into the day to day activities of the Group.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Must have investment experience
• LLB or equivalent qualification
• FSCA approved compliance officer for FAIS
• At least 5-10 years’ experience in the financial services industry in a compliance role
• Relevant experience in financial services, in particular wealth management (advice & intermediary services) and asset management
• Management and implementation of FICA & AML programme
• Advantageous supplementary experience: collective investment schemes in securities and hedge funds, administrative FSP/LISP business, linked long-term insurance business, fund operations, treasury outsource business.

COMPUTER COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint intermediate level
Bloomberg/Statpro compliance modules (advantageous)
