Experience

5 -7 years of accounting/finance experience
Knowledge of Sage X3 will be beneficial
Demonstrated ability to work in a leadership role.
Knowledge of economic principles
Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
Knowledge of applicable law, codes and regulations
Qualifications

Qualified CA(SA) with 1-2 years’ experience or BCom Honours with completed articles
Real estate/ Property industry experience
At least 3 years in a Finance Manager role
Experience with consolidating group accounts
Responsibilities

Assist the Group CFO in preparing monthly reports and quarterly board packs and annual financial reports for the AGM
Process complex journal entries
Debtors’ management
Coordinate, perform and review the full accounting function, including full processing up to trial balance and preparation of balance sheet recons for the Group and its subsidiaries
Open/close bank accounts as required including managing credit and fleet cards
Assist users with business online requirements (increase limits, profile updates, new/delete users)
