A Group Head Office function, reporting to the Group CFO:
Maintain accurate and reliable financial records and analysis.
Meet various reporting deadlines, internal and external.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable to avoid bad debt and limit overdue debt.
Monitor and manage accounts payable to achieve best cash flow, ensure validity and accuracy, and maintain a good credit record.
Monitor and manage foreign exchange risk and exposure.
Prepare budgets and report on performance against the budgets.
Manage relationship with professional service providers and regulators.
Monitor and manage cash flows.
All creditors’ invoices are accurate and valid and payments correct.
Implement cost saving programs and monitor adherence.
Regulatory reporting and compliance.
