Westvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North-West, Free state, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Gauteng as well as Western Cape, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Group Program Manager situated at Westvaal Nelspruit. The successful candidate will hold a key role in Westvaal and will be tasked with the fulfilment and management of various company goals and projects, whether it be related to sales, marketing, efficiency, production, or finance.

Group Program Manager Responsibilities:
• Review production schedules process flows and other information to develop and optimize productive service methods and actives.
• Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.
• Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems, minimize cost and risk.
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities.
• Obtaining acceptance of project deliverables.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Group Program Manager Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree: BEng Industrial Engineering
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an advantage
• Proven experience in project management – 5 years
• Ability to lead project teams to timely completion.
• A strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Tend to be investigative, and a natural ability to influence and persuade others.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Budget management experience.

Salary: Market Related Salary.
