What You’ll Own:
Coordinate and execute tailor-made land tours and incentive events
Travel with groups to ensure flawless on-site delivery
Manage travel files with sharp attention to profitability and quality
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
Keep debtors in check and flag any risk early
Ensure travel docs and operating schedules are prepped and polished
Flag travel restrictions and keep group logistics compliant
Be the go-to for emergencies — calm, clear, and on-call
Suggest enhancements to elevate the guest experience

What You Bring:
4–5 years inbound consulting experience
Deep regional knowledge of SA, Southern & East Africa
Solid financial instincts — margins, modelling, and analysis
Fierce attention to detail and admin excellence
Laser focus under pressure and moving priorities Fluent in tech tools: Excel a must, Tourplan a bonus
Confident communicator and negotiator with a knack for guest experience
A relentless drive for better — systems, service, and team synergy
