One of our clients, within the hotel industry, currently has a vacancy for a Guest Manager.

They are looking for a young energetic person who lives in Cape Town (City Bowl) who is immediately available.

The role of the Guest Manager is to make the clients feel welcome and ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay in the hotel.

Job objectives:

• Responsible for the reception duties at the front desk
• Managing a group of cleaners
• Make sure that all the rooms/units are clean and neat
• Handle guest complaints and queries
• Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
• Ensure all administration is up to date

Minimum requirements:

• Must have a Grade 12
• Previous hospitality experience within the Hotel Industry is essential
• Previous experience in dealing with customers
• Must be bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• Ability to work flexible hours

• Problem solving skills
• Excellent client services skills

Salary – R 10 000 (negotiable)
