Guest Relations Officer Car Rental

Salary Dependant on Experience + Commission + Overtime
Are you impeccably groomed, well-spoken, fluent in English and Afrikaans, and able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment? Our client is a well-known and established Car Rental Agency, and we are looking for a professional, responsible, and mature person to meet and greet customers, handle any problems or queries and ensure outstanding customer service. It will be a huge advantage if you have previous Car Rental experience, otherwise, we would consider cabin crew, hotel guest relations, or any similar customer-facing experience.

***Please note that this position requires shift work, and you will be working over the festive season. (Either Christmas or New Year)***
